The primary framing members, specifically the H-beams are crafted from high-quality hot-rolled (HR) steel plates, meticulously cut to specified dimensions, and adhering to the ASTM A572 grade standard with a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa. These plates are skillfully welded together, employing continuous welding on one side and stitch welding at regular intervals on the other, resulting in a robust H-beam structure.

These sections are custom-built, allowing for the creation of virtually any size according to specific design requirements. To ensure a secure connection, splice plates are welded to the ends of the various H-beam sections. The complete frame assembly is achieved by bolting these splice plates together, resulting in a sturdy and reliable framework.

Building Width: The measurement from the outer edge of the eave strut of one sidewall to the outer edge of the eave strut of the opposing wall.

Building Length: The distance between the outer flanges of the end wall columns located at the facing end wall.

End Bay Length: The span from the outer edge of the outer flange of the end wall columns to the centerline of the first interior frame columns.

Interior Bay Length: The distance between the centerlines of two adjacent interior main frame columns, typically varying from 6m, 7.5m, and 9m to 15m.

The building height, defined as the eave height, measures from the base plate of the main frame column to the top outer point of the eave strut, reaching heights of up to 30m. For columns that are recessed or elevated above the finished floor, the eave height is measured from the finished floor to the top of the eave strut.

Additionally, the roof slope is the angle formed between the roof and the horizontal plane, commonly set at a ratio of 1:10.

Coating Specifications: The sheeting material is hot-dip metallic coated with 150 gm/m² total, AZ 150, conforming to ASTM A792 or AS 1392. The walls are coated with a 25-micron regular modified polyester paint system applied to Zincalume.
