Fabrication Supervisor / Engineer – Pre-Engineered Structure Manufacturing

Metrosh Infra Projects Private Limited, a leading PEB and infrastructure company based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, is looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor/Engineer for its Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fabrication activities, ensuring quality and precision in structural steel components, and coordinating with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day steel fabrication work at the manufacturing unit
• Ensure adherence to design drawings, welding standards, and quality protocols
• Coordinate with planning and quality control departments
• Manage fabrication staff and assign tasks to technicians/welders
• Maintain production logs and ensure on-time output
• Ensure safety standards are followed across the plant

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in PEB or structural steel fabrication
• Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication processes
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints
• Experience with quality inspection and fabrication machinery
  Experience in fabrication, billing, and documentation will be given preference
